Job summary

Experis in Maplewood, MN is seeking an Engineering Laboratory Technician to support our Home Care Division, performing testing, data analysis, and documentation in a lab environment.

The ideal candidate has 1 year lab experience (2-3 preferred), basic CAD/SolidWorks, strong communication, and a BS/BA or two-year degree; the contract spans 12 months with onsite work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of laboratory experience; 2-3 years preferred.
• Basic understanding of CAD software; SolidWorks preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).
• Hands-on skills in a shop environment.
• BS or BA from an accredited university or a two-year associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and record data on products and raw materials using defined test methods.
• Use computer software to analyze data, summarize conclusions, and complete documentation.
• Prepare, operate, and maintain basic hand tools, power tools, and lab equipment.
• Independently carry out tasks and tests in a laboratory environment.
• Perform routine lab duties including storing samples, inventory management of supplies and chemicals, and other typical lab tasks.

As an Engineering Laboratory Technician,you will be part of the Home Care Division supporting scientific and engineering teams.
