Job summary

Thermo King is seeking an Engineering Lab Systems & Facilities Manager to lead a cross-functional team ensuring lab infrastructure, calibration, and test systems support product development and validation. You will drive capital planning aligned with business needs and manage budgets and project delivery with a focus on quality and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field is required.
Demonstrated people leadership experience leading technical or cross-functional teams.
Significant experience in engineering, lab operations, facilities or technical systems.
Experience leading projects, budgets and operational priorities.
Experience with capital planning and capital execution.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional team supporting facility operations, calibration, test systems, and lab IT.
Set team priorities, clarify ownership, and ensure execution of commitments.
Ensure reliable lab infrastructure, data acquisition, software tools, and testing support.
Oversee facility maintenance coordination, calibration execution, and lab IT performance.
Partner with engineering and customers to align investments with business needs.
Lead strategic capital planning and execution of capital projects for the lab.
Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and metrics to meet business goals.
