Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field required.
• Significant leadership experience directing technical or cross-functional teams.
• Experience in engineering, lab operations, facilities, or related environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team supporting facility operations, calibration, test systems, and lab IT.
• Set priorities, clarify ownership, and drive execution of projects and operations.
• Ensure reliable lab infrastructure, equipment, data acquisition, and software tools.
• Oversee maintenance, calibration, and lab IT performance through the team.
• Align team support and investments with business and project needs.
• Lead strategic capital planning for the lab and capital projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and performance metrics.
