Job summary

The role leads calibration, purchasing, safety, training and quality teams, developing procedures for standardized operations with a focus on improvement.

Requires 8–12+ years in engineering, 5+ years in leadership, and a BS in Science or Engineering. Strong data analytics, DOE/8D/6 Sigma expertise, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering required.
• 8–12+ years of engineering experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in HVAC lab testing and quality-oriented environments.
• Strong data analysis, problem solving and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage lab personnel and drive engagement, performance, and safety.
• Develop and sustain 6S/continuous improvement in the lab.
• Lead DOE/8D/6 Sigma projects to improve data quality and throughput.
• Oversee budgets, calibration, purchasing, safety, training and quality teams.
• Ensure compliance with UL, Intertek, ANSI, ASHRAE, DOE and ISO standards.
