• 8 years minimum experience with foundation brake hardware testing and leadership.
• Bachelor or Master in engineering; ISO17025 knowledge preferred.
• Six Sigma experience and ability to lead technical activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily test activity and personnel with coaching and reviews.
• Lead test planning for disc brakes, drum brakes, slack adjusters and actuators.
• Manage resources, calibration, efficiency and utilization.
• Analyze data and write test reports; provide technical direction.
• Interface with internal and external customers; support other departments.
