Job summary

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC, part of the Knorr-Bremse Group, is seeking an early-career engineer to support product development and manufacturing of foundation-brake components such as calipers, rotors and pads. You will work in a team with limited supervision, applying engineering analysis tools to identify sound solutions and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline with 2+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Automotive or commercial vehicle industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GD&T, metrology, and FMEA/DVP&R preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in FMEA and DVP&R processes.
• Apply standard engineering methods to analyze product performance and resolve technical issues.
• Develop and execute engineering analyses, test plans, and validation activities for assigned components or subsystems.
• Coordinate and provide technical direction to designers, technicians, suppliers, or engineering support personnel.
• Communicate technical results through written reports, presentations, and design reviews.
