Qualifications

Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
Academic Standing: Anticipated graduation date between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029 (rising Juniors/Seniors).
Project Mindset: Eagerness to contribute to projects, manage timelines, and drive results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Technical Curiosity & Acumen: Analytical and problem-solving skills; basic control concepts, sensors, motors, PLCs.
Leadership & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Agility & Drive: Proactive, self-driven, adaptable to changes in scope, schedule and cost.
Availability: Complete a 12-week internship between May and August 2027.
Mobility: Willingness to relocate during Summer 2027 internship and for career growth.

Responsibilities

Intelligent Controls & Automation: Support design, development, and implementation of control systems, robotics, Industry 4.0, and AI/ML for process control.
Mechanical Design & Development: Develop equipment, perform modeling/analysis, and prototype.
Converting & Packing Engineering: Refine packaging technologies and related projects.
Manufacturing Process Development: Scale up processes, validate materials, optimize lines, support supplier management.
Instrumentation & Metrology: Design and maintain precision instrumentation for quality control.
Robotics Engineering: Develop and integrate robotic solutions for manufacturing tasks.
Environmental & Civil Engineering: Support site infrastructure and environmental projects.
