Responsibilities

• Performs engineering work related to construction project delivery and field engineering.
• Reviews plans, specifications, estimates, and project records.
• Monitors contractor work for compliance with DOTD standards and contract requirements.
• Coordinates with contractors, project engineers, inspectors, consultants, and internal staff.
• Supports documentation, certifications, and final audits.
