Thinklance LLP in Washington state is seeking an engineering intern to join project teams on architectural ventures across commercial, sports, healthcare, and public assembly buildings.

You will engage in Secure Design practices, participate in an in-house staff development program, and balance BS coursework with real-world experience. Flexible scheduling supports at least 20 hours weekly for students pursuing civil engineering and EIT goals.

Formación

• Pursuing or holding BS in Civil Engineering with coursework toward the degree.
• Interest in structural design and learning in a professional setting.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Participate on project teams for architectural projects including commercial, sports, healthcare, and public assembly buildings.

About You

The company is looking for candidates with:

• BS in Civil Engineering or completion of at least 24 hours of engineering coursework towards a BS in Civil Engineering.
• Acceptance in or plans to apply for a graduate program in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
• Strong technical background and enthusiasm for structural design challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible scheduling with consistent availability of at least 20 hours per week.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly wage ranging from $25.30 to $35.20, depending on courses taken and total credit hours toward a Master's degree.
