Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 2.5.
• Experience working in a team environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of systems thinking and process management.
• Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Self-starter comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilités

• Support the Solutions Partner Distributor (SPD) team by building case studies and documents for wire center solutions.
• Conduct time-motion studies to recommend improvements for safety and throughput at wire centers.
• Research and identify alternatives, best practices, and solutions for wire cutting processes.
• Document differences between standard methodologies and proposed solutions.
• Propose Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for onboarding SPDs.
• Participate in wire center shadow days to understand and optimize workflows.
• Develop project timelines, provide progress updates, and deliver final presentations at a senior leadership expo.
• Collaborate with peers and leaders, engage in networking, mentoring, and community service initiatives.
