Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CAD software (Solid Edge or SolidWorks) for design work.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical components and testing equipment.

Aufgaben

• Develop process flow maps that clearly depict steps, decision points, handoffs, and departments responsible for each activity.
• Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) with clear instructions for key processes.
• Document instructions and procedures for SAP operations, including steps and reference information.
• Conduct process time studies for repair and production activities, analyze cycle-time and labor data, identify efficiency improvements.
• Organize final process maps, SOPs, time-study results, and recommendations for internal review.
