SPX Technologies is seeking a Sustaining Engineer Intern to support continuous improvement efforts within the engineering team at Patterson-Kelley. You will assist with documenting design changes, improving product performance, and supporting customer specifications.

This paid summer internship offers hands-on experience, exposure to cross-functional teams, and opportunities to contribute to product change reviews and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably mechanical engineering.
• Second-year completed in engineering studies with a 3.0+ GPA.
• Able to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update technical documentation and product specifications.
• Evaluate product issues to support engineering change requests.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and sales support to complete projects.
• Learn products to assist in product change reviews.
• Lead other projects as assigned or proposed by you.
