Responsibilities

Develop process flow maps that clearly depict process steps, decision points, handoffs, and the departments responsible for each activity.
Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) that provide clear, consistent instructions for key operational processes.
Document instructions and procedures for applicable SAP operations, including process steps and supporting reference information.
Conduct process time studies for repair and production activities, analyze cycle-time and labor data, and identify potential efficiency improvements.
Organize final process maps, SOPs, time-study results, and recommendations in a structured format for internal review and future use.
