Job summary

H.B. Fuller has an Engineering Internship opportunity at its Blue Ash, Ohio facility. You will gain hands-on experience in process engineering, capital project planning, and technical documentation within a chemical manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with Process Engineers, Production, EHS, and Site Leadership to improve processes, support productivity projects, and maintain accurate operating procedures, while developing practical engineering skills and cross‑functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; AutoCAD or technical drawing software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering projects focused on process improvement, productivity enhancements, and operational excellence within a manufacturing facility.
• Review, verify, and update P&IDs through field observations and AutoCAD revisions.
• Evaluate opportunities for productivity and cost savings by analyzing data and project requirements.
