Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• Minimum rising junior or senior in an engineering program.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD or technical drawing software preferred.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing and chemical processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support process improvement, productivity, and operational excellence projects.
• Review, verify, and update P&IDs through field observations and AutoCAD revisions.
• Analyze data and KPIs to identify productivity and cost‑savings opportunities.
• Review and update SOPs to align with site practices and safety.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, EHS, and Leadership teams on updates and projects.
