Qualifications

• - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical, Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• - Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
• - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• - Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with manufacturing process improvement projects.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret production and quality data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with equipment validation, process qualification, and documentation.
• Develop and update SOPs, work instructions, and engineering documentation.
• Support production trials, process studies, and equipment evaluations.
• Create reports, presentations, and visual management tools to communicate progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
• Observe and comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned.
