You will apply structured problem-solving and data analysis to identify causes and implement practical improvements, contributing to tooling, fixtures, and cross-functional projects that build manufacturing capability.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Enrolled in BA/BS program in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated hands-on project, coursework or internship.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Aufgaben

• Support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, corrective actions and follow-up with engineering and production teams.
• Collect, organize, and analyze manufacturing data to evaluate yield, process capability, cycle time, quality and performance trends.
• Assist with design, procurement, fabrication, testing and documentation of tooling and fixtures.
• Plan and execute engineering trials and process improvements; update manufacturing instructions.
