Job summary

Kubota Manufacturing of America (KMA) invites motivated engineering students to join as Engineering Intern in Gainesville & Jefferson, GA. This 12-week, full-time internship offers hands-on exposure to welding, fabrication, assembly, paint, automation, and process improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will work with experienced engineers, support data collection and troubleshooting, document technical work, and help drive safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency

Qualifications

Currently pursuing an engineering degree.
Expected graduation December 2027 or later.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support engineering projects within manufacturing, supplier quality, assembly, fabrication, welding, and paint operations.
Assist engineering teams with process evaluations, implementation activities, and operational improvements.
Support production operations through data collection, analysis, and troubleshooting activities.
Design, development, testing, and implementation of process improvements.
Analyze production data to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
