Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering or Welding Engineering Technology.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in welding process development, testing, and validation.
• Support documentation of Welding Procedure Specifications and related records.
• Help with weld inspections, quality verification, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Training to support welder onboarding and certification.
