• Lead project activities: timelines, budgets, and vendors.
• Prepare reports and maintain SOPs and technical specs.
• Champion continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and traceability.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance for new equipment.
• Follow policies and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design tooling/fixtures records using CAD tools.
• Train technicians on new or revised processes.
• Stay current with workshops, literature, and professional networks.
• Support teammates to balance workloads.
