Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in IT, CS, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork and initiative; willingness to learn.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Active degree progress through December 2027 or later.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to employees via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Assist with password resets and account access issues; basic system troubleshooting.
• Log, categorize, prioritize, and track incidents in the ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to IT team members as needed; follow up on resolutions.
• Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge base; support with training.
• Collaborate with IT team on daily operations and special projects.
