Kubota Manufacturing of America is offering a Learning Experience Designer Intern role in Gainesville, GA for a 12-week summer program. The intern will assist with training administration, LMS support, content development, reporting, and employee learning initiatives.

This internship provides hands-on experience in corporate training, instructional design, and learning technologies while contributing to projects that enhance workforce capability and engagement. 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Expected graduation date December 2027 or later.

Responsibilities

• Assist LMS administration, navigation, enrollment and troubleshooting.
• Support LMS data maintenance, user access, and system updates.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for learning metrics.
• Develop user guides, instructional materials, and job aids.
• Create engaging training content and visuals for programs.
• Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development on initiatives.
• Maintain training records and documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and training events.
• Research learning trends and best practices.
