Colgate-Palmolive’s Hill's Pet Nutrition invites students to join the Global Supply Chain 2027 Internship, an immersive program across procurement, demand planning, customer services and logistics, engineering and operations, and AI and analytics.

You must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with work authorization in the United States. Compensation is $26.00–$32.00 USD per hour, with potential discretionary bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Procurement

Assist with the day-to-day operations of the procurement department, including managing supplier relationships, conducting market research, tracking purchase orders, and supporting contract negotiations.

Demand

Forecasting, warehouse capacity projection, Inventory Projections, Data analysis, customer satisfaction, and vendor management.

Customer Services & Logistics

Communicating directly with customers to enter and process incoming freight orders, researching and resolving questions and problems, reporting, and transportation and distribution networks.

Engineering & Operations

Project management, Process management, monitor critical site systems, manufacturing skills, technical documentation, and troubleshooting.

AI & Analytics

Assisting in the analysis of online sales trends, support for new product launches, troubleshooting website issues, customer behavior to improve online business operations and marketing strategies, and inventory management.

Requirements

To be part of this transformative experience, you need to be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with a focus on Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Business Analytics/Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial and/or Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Grain Science, or Food Science. Plus, authorization to work in the United States without future sponsorship needs.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $26.00 - $32.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

• Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements.
• Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year).
• Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
• Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
