Job summary

Henderson Engineers invites an Engineering Intern to support basic engineering problem solving, drafting, and technical project docs under the guidance of experienced engineers. The internship runs from 5/24/27 to 8/6/27 and provides hands-on exposure to design, drafting, and project coordination.

You will gain experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam while contributing to building systems projects across our diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in ABET-accredited program.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Coursework in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, or similar CAD software.
• Previous internship experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic engineering calculations and assist with design under supervision.
• Prepare system layouts, drawings, and schematics.
• Produce construction documents and maintain project documentation.
• Support drafting and modeling in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.
• Participate in internship meetings and training sessions.
