Job summary

Henderson Engineers is seeking an Engineering Intern to support basic design, drafting, and project documentation. Under experienced engineers, you will gain hands-on exposure to system layouts, schematics, and coordination tasks across disciplines.

The program runs during defined summer dates, with mentorship, training sessions, and opportunities to contribute to real projects in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field from an ABET-accredited university.
• Coursework in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks or other CAD software preferred.
• Practical experience in building systems engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic engineering problem solving and building systems design under supervision.
• Prepare system layouts, drawings, and schematics.
• Support drafting and documentation efforts for engineering projects.
• Participate in internship meetings, trainings, and company-sponsored activities.
