Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with production-grade apps.
• 3+ years of people management leading engineers across stacks.
• Experience setting technical direction across services, cloud platforms, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a group of engineers through technical leadership and development.
• Help frame problems, define outcomes, and translate strategy into a roadmap.
• Align dependencies across teams and coordinate delivery of multiple services.
• Communicate status, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders.
• Establish engineering standards for APIs, UI, data contracts, and events.
• Own technical risk management and drive CI/CD, testing, and observability.
