Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Software Engineering Group Manager in Atlanta to lead multiple engineers across full stack, front end, and back end disciplines. You will partner with Product, Design, Data, and Architecture to shape strategy, build durable platforms, and deliver measurable outcomes that impact customer experiences and business performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including production‑grade applications.
• 3+ years of people management leading software engineers across stacks.
• Experience setting technical direction across services, UI, and cloud environments.
• Experience partnering with Product and Design in a product operating model.
• Knowledge of data engineering and ML delivery patterns; container/cloud proficiency.
• Strong stakeholder management across tech, product, and business.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach multiple engineers across full stack, front end, and back end.
• Define outcomes, frame problems with Product and Design, and translate strategy into roadmaps.
• Set engineering standards for APIs, UI architecture, data contracts, and eventing.
• Lead architectural decisions, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Drive reliability targets, CI/CD, testing, observability, and cost efficiency.
