Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in St. Louis seeks an Aircraft Completions Supervisor to lead and coordinate a 10–15 person team in the maintenance and completion shop. You will ensure safety, quality, and FAA compliance while driving ongoing process improvements.

The role emphasizes scheduling, training, and problem solving to meet production targets, with collaboration across engineering, finance, and quality teams. An FAA A&P license or Repairman eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required. 2 years of related technical experience. FAA A&P license or be able to obtain a Repairman Certificate within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 10–15 person team in the Compls shop and coordinate day-to-day tasks.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication between leadership and team.
• Set departmental goals and cascade them to align with organizational objectives.
• Provide Progressive Counseling to maintain safety, compliance, and behavior.
• Prioritize safety and quality; ensure FAA regulations are met in all work.
• Assign production responsibilities and schedules to meet workflow targets and FAA requirements.
• Ensure personnel are qualified and trained for duties; maintain a safe work environment.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Coordinate with engineering, finance, materials, and quality to meet schedules and budgets.
• Perform root cause analysis and investigations; support problem solving and cost control.
