Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Savannah, GA is seeking a Propulsion Group Head II in GAC Savannah to lead a multi-disciplinary propulsion engineering team through design, analysis, and certification activities. Qualifications

BS in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering required; MS preferred.
Minimum 10 years of propulsion or related experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of propulsion engineers.
Provide technical leadership for engine selection studies and performance analysis.
Oversee propulsion analytical models using NPSS, AxSTREAM.
Ensure propulsion interfaces and nacelle integration definitions.
Drive propulsion certification activities with FAA Part 25 compliance.
Interface with engine manufacturers for design reviews and audits.
Oversee data analytics leveraging aircraft databases for performance monitoring.
Develop advanced analytical methods and digital engineering capabilities.
