Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Appleton, WI seeks an Engineering Group Head II for Completions Certification to lead certification activities, ensure designs meet regulatory requirements, and drive quality and customer objectives.

You will manage a team of EARs, coordinate with ODA and management, and steer processes to meet schedule and safety standards while upholding Gulfstream’s technical excellence and strong client focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 13 years engineering experience, with 8 years in a specific technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in supervisory or managerial roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and guidance to a team of EARs.
• Assist with certification questions and direction with ODA and configuration management.
• Lead planning to ensure schedule adherence for STC/TC/MRA issuances.
• Improve department processes to meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field and Gulfstream procedures.
