Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required; MBA/MS/PhD internships considered for program eligibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead or independently drive a defined project workstream from framing to recommendations.
• Collaborate with design teams and subject-matter experts on engineering project development and documentation.
• Analyze feasibility, costs, risks, and benefits to inform project decisions and business cases.
• Develop and improve digital, data, or AI-enabled tools and dashboards to enhance workflows.
• Prepare and present updates and findings to engineering leaders and stakeholders.
