Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required for this role.
• 10 years of engineering and management experience to include P&L ownership.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Drive business development for prospective clients as well as re-establishing client relationships that may have been lost or not supported as it should have been as their Dell business grew.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently
• Identify areas for improvement and implement new strategies to increase productivity
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all goals are aligned and met
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
