Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Ideally 10 years of engineering and management experience, including P&L ownership.
• High level of energy and enthusiasm.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Business development and customer interfacing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
