The Engineering Flight Chief (CEN) at JBER leads a diverse team of military and civilian professional engineers and architects. They direct the installation’s overarching design, construction, and infrastructure planning programs, ensuring complex, multi‑billion‑dollar facility portfolios for an installation tasked with supporting 2 Air Force Wings and an Army Airborne Division and serves two Combatant Commands.
The incumbent will provide comprehensive program development and project plans, cradle‑to‑grave project management ensuring sustainable outcomes, optimizing or minimizing life‑cycle costs, and meeting customer quality and mission requirements duties in support of a military installation.
Knowledge of all aspects of planning, programming, design, and construction with specific emphasis on engineering management on an Air Force Base.
U.S. citizenship required. Must be of legal work age.
