Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College seeks a Full-Time Engineering Faculty member to deliver courses, design curriculum, and support ABET accreditation processes across multiple Indianapolis-area locations.

The ideal candidate will hold a master’s degree in electrical or industrial engineering, be passionate about teaching, and adept at integrating technology into instruction. Strong communication and commitment to diversity are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in electrical, industrial engineering, or related discipline from a regionally accredited institution.
• Ability to apply innovative teaching techniques and use distance learning tools.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to inclusive teaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned classes in accordance with college policy and course objectives.
• Use technology to enhance instructional methods and online learning.
• Maintain accurate student records, grades, and documentation.
• Promote an inclusive learning environment and support ABET accreditation activities.
