Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include strong teaching credentials and ability to support student success.
• Experience with inclusive pedagogy and diverse learner populations.
• Familiarity with college policies and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classes using pedagogy and technology aligned to course objectives and program outcomes.
• Develop and maintain curriculum and materials; manage records and assessments.
• Support student retention through coaching, monitoring, and referrals to campus resources.
• Participate in professional development and college committees.
