Job summary

Target seeks an Engineering & Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager in Rialto, CA to drive high equipment availability and reliable operations across the supply-chain facility. You will lead Maintenance Technicians, Utility Attendants, and EAM Technicians, fostering urgency and quality in daily activities while delivering on performance goals.

You will own safety, asset management, and cross-functional collaboration with building leaders to optimize material handling and contractor work.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Previous supervisory experience in a team environment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and communicate necessary policies and procedures.
• Ability to manage, lead, and influence others on a team while prioritizing multiple projects.
• Experience with multi-contractor management.
• Self-motivated and customer-centric.
• Excellent PC competency.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Technicians, Utility Attendants and EAM Software Technicians to high performance.
• Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance culture across the site.
• Manage external contractors and on-call emergencies with rapid response.
• Drive continuous improvement with data-driven daily processes and root-cause analysis.
• Own safety programs, investigate incidents, and enforce PPE and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Oversee asset life-cycle, data integrity, and adherence to Asset Management standards.
