Job summary

Target is seeking an Engineering and Facilities Maintenance Manager for the King of Prussia, PA area. You will lead the planning, operation, and upkeep of building systems to deliver a safe, reliable, and highly efficient supply chain environment.

This role requires coordinating maintenance programs, managing capital projects, and driving uptime and cost efficiency. You will oversee a team of technicians, ensure compliance with safety standards, and leverage CMMS/EAM tools to optimize

Qualifications

Preferred 4-year degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
Proven ability to lead high-performing teams across shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Strong communication, problem-solving, analytics and stakeholder management skills.
Skilled in contractor/vendor management, capital project oversight, and ensuring quality, cost, and performance.
Proficient in CMMS/EAM systems and PC applications; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, operation, and upkeep of building systems and infrastructure to ensure safety and efficiency.
Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, capital projects, and vendor coordination.
Drive uptime, throughput, and cost efficiency through reliable equipment and processes.
