Qualifications

Responsibilities

• On-call 24/7 to respond to emergency and non-emergency issues at the facility.
• Direct performance of work and review contractor activities for completion.
• Oversee vendor access and ensure on-site safety requirements.
• Schedule preventive and on-demand maintenance and manage work orders.
• Develop energy management practices to reduce costs.
• Prepare weekly facility condition and project reports for leadership.
• Maintain on-hand inventory to meet maintenance goals.
• Ensure security, alarms, and fire systems compliance.
