Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years in engineering/maintenance or related area; HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing tech training.
• Or 2-year degree with 2 years of related experience in engineering/maintenance and HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing.

Responsabilités

• Supervises distribution of repair work orders.
• Ensures maintenance policies are administered fairly.
• Plans, schedules and evaluates preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintains open, collaborative relationships with staff.
• Monitors timeliness and quality of repair work orders.
• Oversees Engineering and related areas in the Director's absence.
• Manages physical plant including HVAC, electrical, water treatment and life safety systems.
• Communicates business objectives and performance expectations to employees.
