T1 Energy Inc. is hiring an Executive Administrator to support our Engineering team in Wilmer, Texas. This fast-paced role requires keeping complex teams organized, aligned, and moving, while you embed with engineers building a domestic solar supply chain.

Ideal candidates are early in their administrative career, speak the language of engineering, and excel at communication, organization, and proactive problem-solving in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or executive support experience in technical environments.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering-related field or equivalent experience is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with productivity and scheduling tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support across the Engineering team, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
• Organize and maintain engineering documentation, project trackers, reports, and team resources.
• Coordinate logistics for team meetings, site visits, workshops, and cross-functional reviews.
• Assist with travel arrangements and budget tracking for the team.
• Serve as a communication hub, routing information, following up on action items, and keeping the right people in the loop.
• Support onboarding for new engineering team members.
• Partner with other Executive Administrators to coordinate company-wide initiatives and events.
• Anticipate the team's needs and proactively solve problems before they become a distraction.
