Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, 3+ years in business or systems analysis, Jira experience, and the ability to obtain a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or enterprise application support.
• Experience using Jira or a comparable work-management platform.
• Experience creating process maps, user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, or similar documentation.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Gather and validate business requirements with SMEs and document rules and data needs.
• Translate requirements into user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Use project tools to plan, track, and manage work items and milestones.
• Review work items with leads; support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and releases.
• Collaborate with developers and database specialists to understand data flows.
• Develop test scenarios and support functional and user acceptance testing.
