Motrexllc is seeking a Business Analyst for Engineering Systems to enhance the company's engineering and industrial systems in Alpharetta, GA. The Business Analyst, Engineering Systems is an Information Technology (IT) professional who partners closely with leaders in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Continuous Process Improvement to provide a balance of operational support and project/implementation leadership. This role serves as the primary IT liaison to the Engineering organization, enabling reliable, scalable, and effective use of technology that supports product design, manufacturing execution, and automation.
This position is responsible for supporting and enhancing the company’s engineering and industrial systems landscape, including CAD, SCADA, MES, industrial automation platforms, and engineering development tools. They engage stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, prioritize work effort, manage projects, and translate business needs into technical solutions that improve Engineering and Product Development processes.
The Business Analyst, Engineering Systems performs a variety of critical tasks to support IT operations, including troubleshooting system issues, analyzing, designing, and implementing system changes, managing vendor relationships, and staying current on vendor roadmaps and releases to understand their impact on the company’s implementations. This role reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Manufacturing and Supply Chain Systems.
This position is located in Alpharetta, GA, and requires on-site daily attendance.
