Job summary

Clera is seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager with a Mechanical Engineering background to bridge Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market. You will translate mechanical wins into compelling narratives for technical buyers and develop enabling content for onboarding and post-sales support.

Ideal candidates have hands-on ME experience, strong writing skills, and a track record of producing engineering-focused content and proof assets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
2+ years hands-on mechanical engineering experience and ME workflows familiarity.
Ability to translate mechanical concepts into clear, business-focused value.
Experience producing technical content for engineering audiences (case studies, guides, proofs).
Ability to structure technical content with measurable impact.
Experience collaborating with Product/Engineering to develop enablement assets.
Experience guiding customers with technical guides and knowledge base content.

Responsibilities

Lead creation of case studies and proof points for mechanical engineering audiences.
Translate complex ME wins into buyer-facing narratives with Product/Engineering.
Own onboarding materials and surface friction points in early adoption.
Create sales enablement assets (POC guides, champion kits, master decks).
Maintain post-sales knowledge resources and product guides.
