Job summary

Welker, Inc. in Sugar Land, Texas, seeks an Engineering Administrator to support the engineering team by ensuring accurate documentation and timely release of information. This role requires meticulous organization and proficiency with ERP systems to manage BOMs, routing, released drawings, and work orders.

You will update multiple departments on engineering data and documentation, handle certification documents, and coordinate with stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy with sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete engineering documentation including FAT plans and ITRs.
• Track deadlines, document revisions, and certification renewals.
• Maintain organized digital and physical document control systems.
• Support engineering team with administrative and coordination tasks.
• Utilize ERP to manage BOMs, routing instructions, released drawings, and work orders.
• Communicate project status and updates to internal stakeholders.
