Job summary

GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Clerical III in Norfolk, VA to support the MSC Engineering Department's Technical Documentation Branch.

You will manage engineering records, handle calls and inquiries, and maintain regulatory documentation. Duties include digitizing materials, supporting the VTL, and preparing documents for distribution to vessels. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Experience handling records and filing systems beneficial.
• Ability to work with regulatory documentation and multiple data sources.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering and technical records, including filing and organizing documents.
• Handle calls and emails, relay messages, and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain regulatory documentation from USCG, ABS, and other bodies.
• Digitize drawings and manuals and convert to electronic formats.
• Support the MSC SAMM Virtual Technical Library (VTL) and data distribution.
• Prepare and ship documentation and maintain manufacturer literature.
