Job summary

Katalyst CRO is seeking a technically proficient coordinator in Midland, TX to oversee the development of as-built and as-is engineering drawings for existing facilities. You will validate in the field, coordinate with remote drafters, and drive deliverable development with a clear plan and milestones.

Responsibilities include maintaining documentation in the ACONEX repository, interfacing with management teams, and ensuring alignment with project scope and timelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of as-built or as-is engineering drawings and deliverables for existing facilities (e.g., Pipeline Risers, Pump Stations, Ponds, Mobile Clean Brine Facilities, etc.) without proper documentation to support MOCs and other engineering tasks:
• Field visits in Midland to validate equipment accuracy and coordinate with the ExxonMobil drone team where applicable.
• Build a plan (Gantt Chart) to align the team on timeline and deliverable priority.
• Create a visualization/tracking method for facilities with deliverable gaps; align scope with the Foundations project.
• Interface with the Information Management team to ensure new deliverables are stored in the ACONEX repository.

• Coordinate development of as-built or as-is engineering drawings and deliverables for existing facilities (e.g., Pipeline Risers, Pump Stations, Ponds, Mobile Clean Brine Facilities, etc.) without proper documentation to support MOCs and other engineering tasks:
• P&IDs
• Electrical One-Line Diagrams
• Wiring Diagrams
• Loop Diagrams
• Process Control Narratives
• Field Visits - Located in Midland. Validate existing equipment in the field to ensure accuracy of newly developed engineering deliverables, including coordination with the internal ExxonMobil drone team in some instances.
• Build a plan (Gantt Chart) to align the team on the timeline and priority of deliverable development.
• Create a method to visualize/track facilities with engineering deliverable gaps; interface with the Uncon "Foundations" project to align scope.
• Interface with the Information Management team to ensure newly created deliverables are properly stored in the ACONEX document repository.
