Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of document lifecycles including creation, review, release, revision and archival.
• Maintain document repositories within engineering document control systems ensuring accuracy, metadata integrity and access control.
• Assign and track document, part and change numbers per company standards.
• Review engineering orders and assist in release packages and the release process.
• Review and validate bill of materials and perform data entry within document management systems.
• Support configuration status accounting and generate release documentation lists.
• Conduct audits to ensure document accuracy, retention and compliance.
• Assist with document distribution, transmittals and retrieval requests.
• Support continuous improvement of document control workflows and processes.
