Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support Resource Leaders and Project Managers, handling document control and project records under general supervision. You will manage AIM-SDx DMS, maintain SharePoint sites, use advanced Excel, and leverage AI tools to improve workflow while ensuring QA/QC and audit readiness.

Minimum 5 years in administrative/clerical roles; high school diploma; strong organization and ability to read engineering

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced coursework preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of administrative/clerical experience in a professional setting.
• Strong understanding of document control in engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control engineering and project records in AIM-SDx DMS.
• Conduct drawing research and assist users with documentation applications.
• Maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, forms, workflows, permissions, and metadata.
• Build and maintain structured document repositories for engineering, ops, and maintenance.
• Oversee document lifecycle: creation, revisions, redlines, approvals, archival.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings (P&IDs, equipment files, specs).
• Ensure compliance with MOC and site document-control standards.
• Use advanced Excel tools for tracking and reporting; leverage Copilot/AI.
• Support audit readiness and QA/QC verification processes.
