Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams in a technically complex environment.
• Proven ability to manage product development programs from concept to production.
• Strong communication and leadership across senior stakeholders.

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for product development and related technical initiatives.
• Establish clear priorities that align with broader organizational objectives.
• Lead programs from concept through validation, production readiness and launch.
• Support ongoing development of engineering capabilities, resources and talent.
• Recruit, develop and retain strong engineers while fostering accountability.
• Establish and improve engineering processes, standards and development practices.
• Balance technical requirements with cost, quality, sourcing and manufacturing considerations.
• Provide updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
